CARNIVAL

The celebrations of Carnival take place in Ascoli Piceno where the Carnival traditions have been taking place for centuries and involves all the community. The whole town becomes a theatre and the citizens perform as actors playing satirical comedies based on issues and famous characters taken from both national and local society.
